How to make Paneer paratha
Paneer Paratha is one of the best veg items in our country that taste amazing and contains the nutrient value in its every bite! To make this tasty item you need, 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 2/3 cup mineral water, 1 tbsp ghee and ½ tbsp salt for the paratha base. For the paneer stuff, take 200 grams paneer, 2 green chilies that are finely chopped, ½ tbsp red chili powder, ½ garam masala (Indian Spices), and ½ tbsp dry mango powder along with 1 tbsp olive oil.
At first, grate your paneer finely and cook it over a low heat along with the entire spices that we gather for the stuff. After cooking it for 5 minutes, put the heater off and make some small balls of your paneer stuff and set aside. Then, take a bowl and pour all the paratha base ingredients into that bowl of flour, water, and salt. Knead them well and make soft dough from that flour and prepare some circles of that dough about 5 inches diameter. Now place the paneer balls into each flour circle and roll to make a perfect round, sprinkle some flour over every stuffed ball and make flat bread or paratha from each circle. Now all you just have to do is whisk some ghee over a tava or flat frying pan and fry the paratha till golden brown. Serve these parathas with chill yogurt or spicy pickles.

Indian Style Egg paratha Flat bread recipe
Let’s check out some non-veg paratha item that goes magnificently as a tasty breakfast. Stuffed egg paratha is the best item for such purpose which claims some common ingredients to be prepared! You need, 4 eggs, wheat flour 1 cup, finely chopped onion ½ cup, ½ cup filtered water, finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 green chilies and 1 tbsp cooking oil along with some salt as per your taste.
At first, make a dough of flour, water, and salt and keep it for 15 minutes in a cold place. Now take a bowl and whisk one egg with some onion, salt, and coriander leaves and set aside. Now make 4 even balls from that dough and knead them for a while, then squeeze each ball from the centre and put one art of the other, after sprinkling dry flour over each oval shaped dough. Now, heat the frying pan with some oil and fry one paratha from both sides until light brown. When you see paratha split into a layer, pour the egg mixture into the middle of those layers and cover it again. Now all you just have to do is fry the paratha for a few minutes in the very low flame until the insider mixture cooks well.
You can even try this ingredients in a different pattern in which you should make a crumbled egg mixture first with egg, oil, salt, pepper, chopped onion and coriander leaves, then put this stuff into the each flour ball, make a 6 to 7 inches diameter circle and deeply fry with a very little oil.
