Healthy Mix dal masala dosa no rice added
Mix dal masala dosa is a super tasty item to mention here. For preparing this item take 1 cup of mix lentils or dal (arhar, chana, masoor, urad and moong dal), 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon cream of wheat or sooji, 1 green chili finely chopped, 1 ginger slice finely chopped, 1 pinch of hing or ghee or butter, 1 cup water and salt as per your taste. For masala, you need one big boiled potato, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic-onion finely chopped, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 1 tablespoon tomato finely chopped long with some coriander leaves finely chopped and some mustard seeds.
Initially, soak the lentils overnight in a big bowl. In the morning, drain the lentils and grind with other ingredients in a blender until smoothen. Now take a bowl and smash the boiled potato into the bowl to make a soft dough. After that take a saucepan, add the olive oil, pour the mustard seeds, and fry those chopped spices and vegetables into the hot oil for 1 minute, now add the dough into the mix, add some salt and chili powder into the mix, then set aside the mix in a container. Finally, take another frying pan, give some butter or ghee in the pan, pour ¼ cup of lentils mix and fry only one side until golden brown. Now all you need is just stuff the potato mix into the lentils made chapati, and close it from one side, your dal dosa is all ready to serve as a healthy breakfast now!

Ragi dosa is another exceptional one which tastes amazing as a healthy breakfast. To make this dosa you need, 1 cup idli rice, 1 cup ragi flour, 1 cup urad dal, ¼ tablespoon methi seeds, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon yogurt and a pinch of baking soda. At first, soak the rice, ragi and lentil in three different bowls for overnight. Now take a blender and blend these three ingredients separately with ½ cup of water in each ingredient. After that mix, them well and keep them in a warm place for 8 to 9 hours till the batter doubles up. Now take the batter in a bowl and mix the yogurt into the batter and stir finely. Now all you need is just heat a flat frying pan with half tablespoon of oil, pour a ladder of the batter and swiftly spread the dosa with a ladle in a circle motion. Fry the one particular side till crisp and golden brown and serve immediately with Indian sauce or chatni.
